Hello! I’m Ms. McCarthy and this will be my first year teaching Second Grade at Sacred Heart Elementary School! As the second oldest of eleven I have been surrounded by children my whole life, and my earliest memories are of us playing school together. I began working with children professionally in 2010, and since then my enthusiasm for teaching and helping children reach their full potential has grown exponentially. I have taught in Boston and Worcester schools, and I am really looking forward to fostering a love of learning in a fun, nurturing environment here at Sacred Heart. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my hilarious family, going to the movies, and cheering on the Bruins!
